# Resize the four IBPS application files

Photo, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration, each made to the IBPS notice and downloaded together.

## How it works

1. **Add your images** Drag and drop, paste, or pick files. They upload over an encrypted connection.
2. **Pick a quality or a target size** Use the quality slider, or tell it exactly how many KB or MB you need.
3. **Download** Save each file, or grab them all at once as a ZIP.

IBPS applications for bank jobs ask for four scanned files, and each has its own pixel size and file-size range. Getting one wrong is a common reason for an application to be marked invalid. This page holds all four rules, taken from the IBPS notification for the Probationary Officers recruitment published on 30 June 2026, with a link to it and the date it was read.

Add a picture to each slot. The photo is made at 200 by 230 pixels, between 20 and 50 kilobytes, and the background can be made white, as the notice prefers. The signature, the thumb impression and the declaration are cleaned to dark ink on white paper, cropped close and fitted into 140 by 60, 240 by 240 and 800 by 400 pixels, each inside its range. A tick beside each file shows it meets its limits, and all four download as one ZIP.

Your pictures are processed on our server and deleted at once; nothing is submitted to IBPS for you.

## The thumb impression

Press your left thumb on an ink pad, black or blue, then roll it once on plain white paper. The notice says what to do if the left thumb is missing or injured; follow it rather than using another finger on your own. Photograph the clearest print in daylight; the cleaner keeps the ridges and removes the grey of the paper.

## The declaration

Write the declaration text that the application shows, in English, in your normal handwriting, with a black pen on white paper. It must not be in capital letters. Keep it within a block of about ten by five centimetres so it fits the 800 by 400 pixel frame without shrinking.

## The photo and signature

For the photo, look straight at the camera with a relaxed face, in colour, without a cap or dark glasses, and with no harsh shadows. Sign in black ink on white paper; a signature written in capital letters is not accepted.

If the photo gets no tick because it is too dark, move closer to a window and take it again; bright, even light matters more than a good camera.

## Before you submit

Open the ZIP and look at each file at full size. Then check the notice for the exact recruitment you are applying to: IBPS publishes one per process, and the numbers can change between them.

Keep the four files together after submitting; later stages of the same recruitment may ask you to upload them again, and they should match.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does this work for IBPS Clerk and RRB too?

The numbers come from the PO/MT-XVI notification. Other IBPS processes usually use the same files, but check yours.

### Why is my signature so small?

140 by 60 pixels is what the notice prefers. The cleaner keeps the strokes dark so it stays readable at that size.

### Can I use the right thumb?

Only in the cases the notice describes; read its section on the left thumb impression.

### Are my files kept?

No. Each is made on our server and the uploads are deleted straight away.

### What if a file shows a warning?

It is outside its range. A clearer picture with more contrast usually fixes it.

### Is the declaration text the same for everyone?

It is shown in the application form; copy it word for word in your own handwriting.

### Can I upload a PDF instead?

Not for these four: the notice asks for JPG or JPEG images.
