# Resize your NEET UG photo, signature and prints

Add your photo, signature and finger impressions, and get each file inside the limits the NTA information bulletin sets.

## How it works

1. **Add your images** Drag and drop, paste, or pick files. They upload over an encrypted connection.
2. **Pick a quality or a target size** Use the quality slider, or tell it exactly how many KB or MB you need.
3. **Download** Save each file, or grab them all at once as a ZIP.

The NEET UG application asks for a photograph, a signature and the impressions of the fingers and thumbs of both hands, each as a JPG within a file-size range. The National Testing Agency's information bulletin for 2026 states those ranges, and this page holds them, with a link to the bulletin and the date it was read, so you do not have to work them out from a long PDF.

The photo is made between 10 and 200 kilobytes with a white background, which you can switch on if your wall is not white. The signature is cleaned to dark ink on white and kept between 10 and 100 kilobytes; the finger and thumb impressions are cleaned the same way and kept between 10 and 200. Each slot shows a tick when its file is inside the range, and all download as one ZIP.

The bulletin gives file sizes, not pixel sizes. The sizes used here are our choices, labelled as such beside each slot. Your pictures are processed on our server and deleted at once.

## The photograph

The bulletin asks for a recent passport-size photo, in colour or black and white, where your face covers 80 percent of the picture, without a mask, with both ears visible, against a white background. Frame it closely: head and the top of the shoulders, nothing more.

A shadow on the face or behind the head is a common reason a photo fails.

## The finger and thumb impressions

Use an ink pad and plain white paper, and make clear, unsmudged prints. Photograph them flat in daylight, filling most of the picture. If the form has one box for each hand, make one file for each hand on this page; if it has one box for both, put both hands' prints on one sheet.

## Prints on paper too

Besides the uploads, the bulletin asks you to keep several passport-size and postcard-size colour prints with a white background for the exam and for counselling. Use the same photo, so all your documents match; the printable sheet on our passport photo pages lays out copies for a 4 × 6 inch print.

## Before you submit

Open every file at full size and check it is sharp and readable. Then read the current bulletin: NTA publishes a new one each year, and the limits can change.

Keep the ZIP until admission is complete; the same photo should appear on your admit card and later documents.

## Frequently asked questions

### What pixel size does NEET want?

The bulletin sets file sizes only. The pixel sizes here are our choice and are marked as such.

### Can the photo be black and white?

Yes, the bulletin allows colour or black and white, with a white background.

### Do I need the postcard-size photo as a file?

No. The bulletin asks for postcard-size prints on paper, not as an upload.

### Are my files stored?

No. They are made on our server and deleted straight away.

### What if a file shows a warning?

It is outside its range. Retake it in better light, or with more contrast for the prints.

### Can I wear glasses in the photo?

The bulletin asks for the face clearly visible; if you wear glasses, avoid reflections over the eyes.

### Does the photo need my name or date?

The bulletin does not ask for either.
