imagecompressor.si ("we", "us") operates ImageCompressor.si. This page explains what happens to your information when you use it.
Your images
Images you compress, convert or edit are uploaded to our own servers, located in the EU, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and are processed there. We do not keep the original image. Results are kept only so that you can download them, and are deleted automatically within one hour. Your images are never used to train AI models and are never shared with anyone. If you use the Website Optimizer, our server fetches the public web pages you name, and the images, style sheets, scripts and fonts on them, at your request. The files it downloads are not kept; the optimized copies it makes and the reports about the scan are. Without an account they are deleted within one hour. For a signed-in customer they are kept so the scan can be opened and downloaded again: one hour on the free plan, 7 days on Pro and 30 days for a website scan package, after which the files are deleted automatically. The list of pages and files a scan found stays in your account until you delete the scan.
What we do store
If you create an account, we store your email address and your billing status (free, or which paid plan). Payment details themselves are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.
Accounts and sign-in
Accounts and sessions are stored on our own server, located in the EU. Sign-in links are sent to you by email through Resend. A session cookie is set only once you sign in, and is used solely to keep you signed in.
Analytics
We use cookieless analytics to understand overall traffic to the site. It does not identify you individually and does not use cookies.
Advertising
We show no advertising, on the free plan or on Pro, and set no advertising cookies.
Contact and deletion
To ask a question about this policy, or to request that we delete your account and associated data, email support@imagecompressor.si.
